background
The AIWD is the nationally accredited training arm of McLaughlin Sports Consultancy Pty Ltd. (MSC). To find out more about MSC, visit www.mclaughlinsports.com.au. Prior to establishing the AIWD and becoming a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), MSC offered nationally recognised training via partnership arrangements with other RTOs.
Since 2003, MSC has delivered hundreds of TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment courses (and prior to this, BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training courses) for clients from varying industries, from within Australia and overseas. Client feedback regarding the quality of our courses has always fallen in line with the point of difference promises listed on the AIWD Home Page and can be verified in the form of participant feedback forms and client references.
It is important to note, the AIWD provides TAA40104 training to individuals and clients from many and varied industries and backgrounds, not just for those within the Sport Industry.

Whilst continuing to work within industry on a FT basis, Mike, in conjunction with the AIWD (and prior to this, MSC), has been delivering nationally recognised TAA40104 (and prior to this, BSZ40198) courses to clients from varying industries, from within Australia and overseas, since 2003. Mike's enthusiasm for his subject matter is contagious!
contract trainers
In instances where Mike is unavailable to deliver a course, or where course numbers are very high, the AIWD draws on its pool of contract trainers, all of whom have been through an exhaustive selection process in order to determine those trainers who may be trusted to maintain the AIWD's high level of delivery service.
